1 General Terms & Introduction

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3.2 Ongoing Promotions

• Weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and free bet offers must be used within the specified validity period.
• Attempting to abuse promotions or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Bq33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit

Bq33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is 200 BDT, and the maximum deposit limit depends on the user's verification level. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bq33 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5 Gaming Regulations

5.1 Game Results

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion upon personal request.
• Upon direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

7.1 Inactive Account Policy

Any account with no login or transaction activity for 12 months will be declared inactive. Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of 100 BDT or 10% of the remaining balance per month, whichever is lower. To reactivate your account, please contact support.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy
